Life has an interesting way of bringing you back to things you overlooked or maybe even ignored. When its meant to be...it will be. (more below...)

It was 2017.....


Life was in a pivot. My departure from the restaurant industry was unexpected and not a pleasant exit. The vision at the time was to step out on faith and open a restaurant/bar I could call my own. But I still wasn't sold on the dream. In 2017, the pandemic was not on anyone's radar. The food scene was pretty casual. Food critics were limited or rather reserved to Google, OpenTable, Yelp and other online sites.


I had begun to venture out more now that I had the free time to do so. Visiting restaurants and bars across the DC/MD/VA region. Some of you may recall the show "Bar Rescue"....It had become somewhat of an inspiration to me. I caught wind of the show during my stint as a bar manager at a local waterfront restaurant. Studying the strategies from the show and then applying them to the real world. I began to develop a high interest in improving the overall experience at the restaurant I helped to manage.

  • Tip 1 This first tip should be a juicy one. It’ll keep your readers with you.

  • Tip 2 The middle tips should be explanatory ones. Keep them short and to-the-point. E.g., Decide how often you want to blog. Be realistic about it. Think you can blog twice a month? Commit to once a month and stick to it.

  • Tip 3 Finish strong! Your final tip will lead into your post’s conclusion. E.g., Lastly, knowing just little bit about SEO can go a long way in helping your blog succeed. You can learn more about SEO in our guide. (Just a teeny, tiny bit!)




Don’t Forget to Add a Closing


This can be short. Restate your main point. Tell your readers what you want them to do next. Don’t be shy. Just tell them. E.g., Buy Now, Click Here, Read This.
